Terms and Conditions Madrid

THE PRIZE
The winner and their guest will enjoy two nights in a centrally located four-star hotel in Madrid, sharing a double or twin room, with breakfast included, plus return economy class flights from London. The holiday can be taken any time between 1 Dec 2025 and 31 May 2026, or 1 Oct and 16 Dec 2026 (excluding 16 Dec 2025-2 Jan 2026 and 29 Mar-5 Apr 2026), subject to availability. The prize cannot be exchanged, altered or compensated for cash. It must be redeemed by 2026. The closing date for entries is 31 Oct 2025.

FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW

1. Prize draws are only open to UK residents, aged 18 or over, excepting employees of Food and Travel magazine, the families, the sponsors, agents and any people connected with the competition.
2. Prizes will only be sent to UK addresses.
3. Only one entry per household.
4. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is offered.
5. The prize will be awarded to the first correct entry drawn.
6. The winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving the prize.
7. By entering, winners agree to their names and general locations being used for publicity purposes.
8. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The winner’s name can be obtained after the closing date by writing to Green Pea Publishing Ltd, enclosing an SAE.
10. Green Pea Publishing Ltd has no responsibility for the actions of the sponsor or their agents.
11. Offers and competitions may need to be taken on specific dates, please see individual offer or competition for details.
12. By entering, all entrants agree to be bound to all Terms and Conditions. Any breach of conditions by an entrant will void their entry.

17. Modifications and Annexes: TURESPAÑA reserves the right to modify or add to these terms, provided that the changes are justified, do not harm participants, and are appropriately communicated.
18. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or application of these terms will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the Community of Madrid.
3. Additional Clauses:
• The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged.
• TURESPAÑA will not cover additional costs beyond those specified in the prize, such as spending money, transfers, meals not included in the prize, insurance, or taxes.
• Should the prize become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, TURESPAÑA reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equal value.
• TURESPAÑA accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, or disappointment experienced by the winner or their guest during participation or prize acceptance.
