Ibiza
Natural style is the keynote of this gorgeous hotel set in Ibiza’s unspoilt countryside. Built around the original 300-year-old family finca, the estate was one of the first agroturismos on the island and it possesses an unaffected charm that’s often lacking in many similar properties.
The design speaks the Ibizian vernacular with large, dazzling white villas, some with their own pools, set amid water-lily ponds and lush plantlife. Interiors of subtle sand and cream shades are lifted with brilliantly colourful oil paintings that chart the farm’s history.
An extensive organic market garden provides most of the produce for the excellent La Veranda and Orange Tree restaurants plus Atzaró Beach and the rustic-style Aubergine. Discreet and low-key, this is super-sophistication that’s as far from the island’s bling as you can be. The magic of the place is a mix of serenity, comfort and friendliness. Don’t miss the Integration Massage at the spa, after which you may find it impossible to leave.
