Five years of renovations have finally paid off for husband and wife team Sarah and Fevzi Arikan at this Victorian manor. Head chef and partner Chris Wicks runs the restaurant, offering an elegant menu inspired by classical European cuisine; think truffle-butter poached turbot with trompette de la mort, leeks and Jerusalem artichokes; or quince tarte Tatin.
