No.124 by GuestHouse, Brighton UK Hotel

UK

This summer sees GuestHouse cast their net on the south coast with the opening of No.124 by GuestHouse, Brighton. Known for idiosyncratic, modern heritage hotels, it's the group's fourth property, this time set in a Regency-style townhouse on the city's King's Road. Within a seagull's wing-flap of the sea, sweeping views are a given across 32 bedrooms designed to feel as if you're floating above the water, with some featuring balconies and four-poster beds. Communal spaces feature tones borrowed from the nearby Palace Pier, and a pantry, cocktail bar, spa area, terrace and courtyard – not to mention fire-and-ice-concept restaurant Pearly Cow – complete the picture. Staycation, sorted.
