Advancing to Andalucía, Spanish hoteliers Palladium Hotel Group have stepped into Seville, launching the Only You Hotel brand’s fifth property this summer. With previous pads in Madrid, Valencia and Malaga, Only You Hotel Sevilla brings a stylish edition to the city. Interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán has drawn on Mediterranean and Arabic influences that hallmark the historic destination, injecting colour and a rustic feel to the art-filled bedrooms and communal spaces. Food is a focus here too, with executive chef Roberto Pérez
at the helm of the hyper-seasonal Trotamundos restaurant, which sources produce within a 10km radius, while local pâtissier Manu Jara crafts sweet creations in the lobby’s ‘Breakery’. Creativity continues with floral arrangement workshops, while culture awaits on the streets.
