Sani Resort has made waves since its inception in 2006 thanks to minimalist-luxe design, a barefoot paradise location and premium cuisine. This summer, the resort took things up a notch, unveiling the highly hyped renovation of its flagship hotel, Sani Asterias, situated in an ecological reserve on Greece’s sun-kissed Kassandra peninsula. More space, indoor-outdoor living and sophisticated designs have been unveiled with the overhaul, which has introduced new-concept residences, beachfront suites and experiences to this gourmet getaway. The residences offer plunge pools and private beach access, and you can dine in Sani Asterias’s Over Water restaurant, with a menu curated by two-Michelin-starred chef Stéphanie Le Quellec. An annual event – Sani Gourmet – also celebrates culinary excellence with a rotating line-up of stellar international chefs.
