Son Sabater, Spain Hotel

Poligono 2, Balearic Islands, Spain

RURAL IDYLL

On the Balearic island of Mallorca, meanwhile, Son Sabater is launching in June as the first agriturismo for family-run The Zafiro Group. A focus on slow living – and a sustainable infrastructure – is the deal here. Near Sa Pobla – on a 15th-century estate at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana range amid carob orchards and oak forests – it will offer 12 rooms plus three stone villas. Alongside plenty of activities, from hiking to nature walks and island tours, it comes with verdant grounds, indoor and outdoor pools and authentic Mallorcan food driven by the working farm.
