Pigs are pretty cool right now – not only are we eating every bit of them, but we’ve now got a hotel in their honour. And this new boutique hotel certainly befits the pig’s trendy status. It’s got a delicious 15-mile menu including produce from the walled garden, pork from the pigs next door, eggs from the on-site chickens and foraged goods from the New Forest. The well-trained staff wear pink shirts and ties, and Converse trainers. Carefully chosen furniture and miscellaneous antiques make for a well-crafted, shabby-chic interior to the beautiful country house.
