There’s soon to be a grand newcomer to the city of 100 spires as this autumn W Prague marks W Hotels’ first outpost in the Czech Republic. Reclaiming the 19th-century building, formerly Grand Hotel Evropa, in the main Wenceslas Square, the new launch will pay homage to its historic past, amplifying art nouveau features. Architectural and design experts have brought the vision to life, plus a host of local artists will contribute to rich interiors. The hotel will offer 161 rooms and suites and a rooftop bar with sweeping views across the city.
