A firm favourite of the Food and Travel team, the Salt Yard group has finally revealed details of its much- anticipated fourth site – and it’s going barbecue, with Ember Yard in Soho. Chef director Ben Tish (pictured) is taking cues from Italian and Spanish charcoal cooking, including hot and cold smoking over different woods.
