ChefClare Smyth
Clare Smyth was born in County Antrim, Northern Ireland and grew up on the family farm. A part-time job at a local restaurant sparked her love of cooking. Her fist permanent role was at Bibendum, before joining Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, where she rose to senior sous chef. After a stint with Alain Ducasse at le Louis XV, she returned to Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, maintaining three Michelin stars for eight years. She opened Core by Clare Smyth in 2017, which received two Michelin stars in 2018.
