Vivek Singh

Vivek Singh was born in Asansol, West Bengal, India. After studying hotel education at catering college, he spent three years training to be a chef with Oberoi, eventually taking over the kitchens at the five-star Oberoi Grand. He then moved to Rajvilas in Jaipur, before moving to the UK in 2001 to open The Cinnamon Club, earning critical acclaim and countless awards. He now runs five restaurants as part of the Cinnamon Collection.

Clare Smyth

Clare Smyth was born in County Antrim, Northern Ireland and grew up on the family farm. A part-time job at a local restaurant sparked her love of cooking. Her fist permanent role was at Bibendum, before joining Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, where she rose to senior sous chef. After a stint with Alain Ducasse at le Louis XV, she returned to Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, maintaining three Michelin stars for eight years. She opened Core by Clare Smyth in 2017, which received two Michelin stars in 2018.

Nieves Barragán Mohacho

Nieves Barragán Mohacho was born in Bilbao in 1975, and by the age of seven could prepare a roast chicken on her own. Playing chef in the family kitchen served her well: after shifts in Bilbao restaurants, she moved to the UK at 23 with limited English to take a job at Sloane Square’s Simply Nico. Positions at Gaudi and Fino followed, and she quickly progressed to head chef at the latter. In 2007, Barragán helped launch Barrafina. In 2018, with a Michelin star under her belt, she opened Sabor in Mayfair.
